1. Service Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time to qualify for a refund. Refund requests made after this period may not be honored.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be provided if:

• The JCB rental service is canceled within the specified time.
• The service cannot be provided due to our operational issues.

3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please contact us at contact@gplmetalinc.com for any refund-related inquiries.

4. Non-Refundable Services
Once the JCB equipment has been dispatched or used, the rental fee becomes non-refundable.
